Read the information below. It will guide you through the steps needed to secure your financing.

 

SELLER Requirements

• Completed Sales Packet

• Seller’s 52 Weekly Statements

• Completed Sales Packet

• Daily Sales Summary Sheets
for 6 consecutive months

• List of stops retained by Seller
including weekly average sales

 

BUYER Requirements

• Completed Sales Packet

• Daily Sales Summary Sheets for 6 consecutive months

• List of stops retained by Seller including weekly average sales

• Complete membership Account Card to join Arizona Heritage Credit Union including $25.00 for minimum account balance.

• Down Payment—Minimum 5% of the Territory selling price. Verification of down payment is required (gift letter, bank statements, etc.). Down Payment is due at the time of closing payable to Holsum Route Sales.

• There is an Origination Fee of 1% of the Territory loan amount—$250.00 minimum non-refundable to be paid at the time application is made. Any remaining amount is paid at the time the loan is funded.

• COMPLETE Loan Application. (If married, spouse's information must be added, even if individual credit is your choice.)

* List personal references, complete with home address and phone number.
* Fill out the financial statement to the best of your ability. You must list assets along with your liabilities.
* Sign and date the application.

• Attach a current statement of earnings to verify your income. (Self-employed applicants need 2 years of completed tax returns.) Gross earnings should be listed for income. If you are paid an hourly rate you may want to include that rate. Please submit copies of your two most recent paycheck stubs.

• Include Corporation paperwork if applicable.

• Holsum Bakery, Inc. Qualification Letter.
